booked a family stay here with two kids, hoping for a comfortable experience—but unfortunately, it’s been quite the opposite. 🍽️ The lunch served was extremely disappointing: tasteless, overloaded with cream, and the plates had visible black spots. Hygiene seemed neglected, and despite raising concerns multiple times, all we received was a casual “Sorry sir.” 🌶️ Last night’s dinner was another letdown—packed with green chillies, even though we clearly mentioned it was for children. This shows a serious lack of attention to guest instructions and care. We expect a clear and responsible response not just apologies. Families deserve better service
