NISARGA COTTAGE RESORTS

We find the property very TIDY and made up of all NATURAL accessories. The service was excellent. All the devices and features worked properly.

No water & light, AC is not working, service is very poor.

Every thing was good only thing the resort should have had their own resturant because we had to order food from outside rest good property and 1 kilometre from temple

Third class experience. No method of speaking to staff. And the family can't stay at the resort. There were people drinking in the neighboring room. People sit outside the room with alcohol and pious companions. The sound of their loud chatter until late at night.

Unfortunate that such a beautiful property isn't managed well. The open space and cottages are good but they are not kept clean. The rooms are dusty, unhygienic. Towels are filthy, fans, ac not operational. Room service is poor. Overall not a good stay

Overall experience was ok but i think the rooms can be a little clean. Need a cleanliness inside rooms.

The hotel looks fabulous. It is very next to the road with good transportation facilities. The place is very pleasant and gives us good vibes. The service and hospitality of the staff is beyond expectations

Stayed with kid ! lawn is very nice ! good for kids and we as adults played badminton! food is provided from a restaurant opposite to the property but it’s quick and decent. Value for money stay ! rooms are basic and clean ! location on the highway and very easy for shirdi darshan ! loved the openness and freedom there

1-terrible west of money sleepiness night dirty, lizard, mosquito, insects so much in room. So please give me refund.

As per our all family members observation resorts management should focused as per their policy rooms should be keep ready. And while customer on boarding that time there's on duty staffs has to full-fill the customer requirements. Here staffs response improvement required to achieving the resorts reputation. This are the our family observation but overall is good. Regards.

Dirty bed sheets dirty towel very bad property. Total waste of money.

This place is not maintained properly, hygiene is compromised, no room service, no breakfast or dinner. No attention to customers. No recommended for families, good for budget hotel, away from shirdi mandir.

No food provide, no house keeping staff available, air conditioning remote, tv remote not available, room hot water not working it's very poor

there is no room service,no intercom,dirty bath room,no food tea, Manager was not talking, property ,no TV... worst hotel
