It was a work trip and I'm glad I booked this hotel, it was amazing stay, helpful staff, 10/10 for food and cleanliness

food is excellent. location best for air Travellers. but in room bed sheet, towel, was too old and not washed properly. toiletry kits also cheaper quality. and at arrival driver waited too much 40 minutes for pick up at airport. and there should sound proof window because hotel is on road, so traffic noise till midnight.

I had a wonderful experience at Pristine Residency. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and they offer smooth pick-up and drop-off services, which made my travel stress-free. During checkout I had requested help to get to a nearby bus location initially I was told it may not be possible during checkout out but later the staff Arshad and driver xaroor went out of their way to assist me. The driver was incredibly patient, ensured I was safely seated on the correct bus, and didn’t leave until everything was taken care of. Their hospitality, behaviour, and willingness to help truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay near the airport with genuinely caring service.

Service was good, room was good. People are not very welcoming and bit grumpy . Location is good in case you want quick access to airport. Check out time should be little later

Location is top good, very close airport and airport pickup also provided by the hotel that is a good add-on. Breakfast was limited but good. Spacious rooms, but some of the old fittings required to change.

First location is too good and as well as food is awesome and good stay for couples as well as family. And staff is polite and cleaning is on the point for sure..

Stayed just for 5 hrs. Room quality was very poor, the floor was sticky. Bathroom was not getting locked, Towels were of unusable condition. Stayed for 3 nights for business purpose, pleasant ambience with neat rooms and humble staff. Also they provide free airport transfers. I like the restaurant staffs who were very organised in taking order and serving. Will prefer staying there from now on for all my trip to Ahmedabad.

Rooms need to be renovated and need to create some thing that attract customer to revisit the property

I had to have an early check out so they helped me for that. Very awesome but rooms could be better for price. Really liked the room ambience. Liked the Washroom and bathroom. Would totally stay here if visit again

Staying experience was awesome. Staffs were very cooperative. House keeping was very good. Mineral water supply during stay should be free of charge.

Hygeine was the issue - no cleanliness . The curtains were not washed, the bedsheets appeared to be unwashed. encountered small roaches in the bathroom, the towels were not fresh, the rooms in the air, the a/c was not effective hence had to rely on the fan. the door latches (inside grasp) were not clean and had a sticky feeling. Food was average. All this for the price we paid was not a good bargain at all.

The hotel was clean, staff were kind and accommodating, food was good. We had a short and comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel offered us pick up and drop off service to the airport. While it took us some time to find the driver at pick up, he went out of his way to come get us and the rest of our stay was smooth.
