Good service although the property is quite old. Beds were clean although the bed sheets could have been cleaner. No geyser was available but thr staff provided hot water as early as 5am in the morning

Beautiful experience and with clean room and very very very supportive and polite staff. I have never seen such a beautiful and supportive staff anywhere

Rooms was pathetic no hygiene no clean towels no soap no hot water. Not proper toilet no room service

Location is good. However, difficult to find the place. Bathroom was clean. Badsheets, towel, pillows and blanket was dirty.

The staff was very humble and cooperative. The rooms were decent too. Though the absence of kitchen was a thing to comprehend

The room was not as per the photos available. It’s very basic. It’s located on 4th floor of an old building which had leakage near the lift on ground floor. The ac had a leakage too. The fan’s speed randomly increased/decreased automatically. Room didn’t have proper ventilation. The bathroom bidet was broken. Hot shower didn’t work and had to use bucket/tumbler. This hotel just looks good in photos but otherwise it’s very basic and one should book it only if there are no other options available anywhere else in the city. We also had to pay exorbitantly high, about 3-4x, due to ind v peak match. Not recommended.

Never recommended very difficult to locate hotel outer in poor condition hotel rooms and bathroom in poor condition no proper staff poor lift no maintenance of building or rooms

This hotel is located at the perfect location at income tax circle. Oshwal is just 50 metres far from the hotel, which is must visit during the stay. Highly recommended

Nice hotel. No fooding available but only tea is available. Budget hotel. Average rooms. But value for money. Can be looked into for solo travellers. Centrally located at it o circle.

Hotel is quite average, it can be said according to price. It is not well maintained as ac, tv n bathroom were not working properly. Staff is courteousn old but limited u hav to carry your own luggage to 4rth floor thru lift. Intercom is not working so need to go to reception desk.

I didn’t even check in. It was not at all to stay. Completely unhappy. Looks scary. Actually i wanted refund due to some busy schedule i couldn’t contact. I refuse to check in and staff said ok sir you can cancel the room and apply for refund.

Awesome and very quiet place with good ambience of hotel. Needs maintanance but since whole building is under renovation so i can understand. A very helpful and courtageous behavior of the person at desk and caretaker.

Location is awesome, so many places are near which we explore easily. Safety standards are maintained. Staff is very well and supporting. The food which they provide is just awesome with neat and clean packing.
