I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at Hotel Royal ICAN from [Start Date of Stay] to [End Date of Stay]. My experience was highly unsatisfactory due to several issues, significantly impacting my work trip to Ahmedabad. Firstly, I encountered a major problem with the check-in process. Two days prior to my arrival, I explicitly called the hotel and was informed that an early check-in would be possible with an associated extra charge. This was a crucial factor in my planning. However, upon my arrival, the front desk staff completely denied any such prior communication and refused to grant me early access to a room. This forced me to wait an unacceptable six hours for check-in, severely delaying my scheduled work commitments in Ahmedabad. The hotel's inconsistency and denial of prior arrangements are unacceptable. Secondly, I was unjustly charged an additional fee for a friend who spent approximately five hours in my room during the night. I clearly communicated that no additional services or amenities were utilized by my friend, and I had already paid for the room itself. Despite this, the hotel staff insisted on levying an extra charge and demonstrated an unhelpful and uncooperative attitude throughout the discussion. The overall behavior of the hotel staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially considering the inconveniences I faced. I believe these issues reflect poorly on Hotel Royal ICAN's customer service and operational efficiency. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

I had the worst experience at Hotel Royal Ican. The room was unhygienic, and to my shock, I found cockroaches inside. On top of that, there was no hot water supply in the washroom, which made things even more uncomfortable. Basic facilities were not maintained at all. Definitely not worth the money – I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Excellent, courteous staff, the manager at the reception was of great help, he helped me out with city details, dining options, vehicle parking. The room boy called Chottu was very proactive. Comfortable stay.

That hotel's room are too small but but it was cute. But they have no any system for bathing hot water. They put electronic devices for hot water but it was not working. And we feel some negative energy at our room. We are sure that was not our misunderstanding. There was something terrible. Like some one is there but not visible.

Rooms were small, with smell. Bathroom were also not clean having smell. Cushions were not clean as seen hairs on them. Towels they had provided only 2 among 3 persons. It looks you had charged more as not as per standards.
