The lunch restaurant staff just embarrassing.!!!they just look at the food to count how much food consumed by guest and asked many time that you finish eating ? Very bad behavior to trouble the guest especially serving food with respect

My recent visit to Pragati resort was, for the most part, absolutely fantastic. The resort is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a strong focus on hygiene that was noticeable from the moment we arrived. The sheer amount of space is a huge plus, with beautiful parks and grounds that are perfect for leisurely strolls. The accommodations were great. Our room was very spacious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The washrooms, in particular, were the best I've seen at a resort—spotless and well-designed. However, the food was a major disappointment and the one significant drawback of our stay. It was a complete letdown. There was a noticeable lack of variety, and what was available simply didn't have any flavor. Considering the high quality of everything else, the food was a shocking aexperience. It really wasn't worth the price and left us feeling quite let down.

The property was extremely beautiful, green and vast. The rooms were great, and so was the room service. We liked the balcony best. There were so many activties to do..that we felt even 2 days were not enough. Thanks for the amazing experience!

the staff was unfriendly. we ordered food at 7.30 pm and it came at 11.30 pm. during checkout we were waiting for the vehicle to carry our luggage and it came after 2 hrs . the management is not capable of handling guests

Good for day visit but rethink if you are planning to stay
familyAmenities are good. However, rooms were small, bathroom was dirty. Also, shower was not working. They do not provide hand towels too. Food is exorbitantly expensive given the quality.

Great place for a family outing for a couple of days
familyGreat property, lush green, big lawns and play area for kids, lots of activities and decent food (slightly on the spicier side but they reduced the spice levels once we requested.
