Big rooms, good food and staff was very friendly. Overall we had a satisfactory stay.

The worst service and the manager is too harsh to the clients or guest with his rude behaviour

The ambience of the resort is very good. Food is delicious and complimentary Breakfast served with buffet with different varieties. Spent some quality time with my family.

The stay was excellent and enjoyable. The pool was well maintained, and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended for couples.

overall average experience. I read the feedbacks and was sceptical on service and property, but I found everything to be good for the comolete day. Clean and nice room, propert is also nice and easily accessible, and food was good. however, had very bad experience over dinner as room service was not at all good. They gave me wrong food order and when I returned they took almost 1.5 Hr to get the correct order. Seemed no one was taking responsibility and were just trying to perform their basic duty. Further, in morning they called in the room at 8.20 and said breakfast is until 9.30 only. Calling all guest in morning is not good as person might be sleeping and relaxing and it disturbs. I checked with another staff previous night who told me that breakfast is until 10.30. They are giving wring information in morning just to wrap up their breakfast activity soon and disturbing guest for that. Anyways, if I ignore above two service related issues rest everything was good. Staff is also polite.

Amenities are not that good, also not having a good play area for children... management team is not supportive... but room service is excellent and maintained it very clean

The experience after reaching the hotel was terrible as the front office person who ruined our total trip mood as he is not fit for hotel operation, he made us to wait almost one hour even though the whole hotel was vacant on that day, all the rooms were checked out and infront of us the house keeping guy told him about the ready rooms still his attitude was so rude gave the rooms at 2:30 PM.

Service not good, House keeping also not satisfied, roads also not their if it’s rain to default to stay..

fridge not available we order coffee in evening around taking time to 40 to 50 minutes only for coffee Totally bad experience wast of money

Location -***** Food-***** Facilities -*** Room service is pathetic. We have to call them atleast 5 times to order food or anything. And again we have to wait for atleast 2 hours.

We stayed here with family for 2 days and stay was very nice, food awesome and children were enjoyed lot in pool.

Property is nice but they dont serve welcome drink reason said was there are on low occupancy one suggestion rooms should have fans also. Even geaster doesn't works properly.
