overall average experience. I read the feedbacks and was sceptical on service and property, but I found everything to be good for the comolete day. Clean and nice room, propert is also nice and easily accessible, and food was good. however, had very bad experience over dinner as room service was not at all good. They gave me wrong food order and when I returned they took almost 1.5 Hr to get the correct order. Seemed no one was taking responsibility and were just trying to perform their basic duty. Further, in morning they called in the room at 8.20 and said breakfast is until 9.30 only. Calling all guest in morning is not good as person might be sleeping and relaxing and it disturbs. I checked with another staff previous night who told me that breakfast is until 10.30. They are giving wring information in morning just to wrap up their breakfast activity soon and disturbing guest for that. Anyways, if I ignore above two service related issues rest everything was good. Staff is also polite.

Breakfast was delicious very small patch of road to gate is muddy road. Otherwise everything good. Breakfast buffet is very nice. You can enjoy.

Had so much fun with my family in this resort! From the ambience to hospitality everything is top notch! Special mention to the amazing food i had, the quantity and quality is excellent! Best part is the clean rooms, though the wifi was not working but it was manageable. I rate 10/10 to service and FOOD🤌🏻♥️

Property is nice but they dont serve welcome drink reason said was there are on low occupancy one suggestion rooms should have fans also. Even geaster doesn't works properly.

Fan has to be kept inside all rooms in addition to AC. Indoor playing area can be arranged. Room holes can be closed properly such that no insects and lizards can enter

Room and washroom were clean . But there was a spider in the room food was also good . A lot of things to do have turf swimming pool . Location is easy to find

Location is good and it’s serene atmosphere. Food is excellent , it has a huge lawn area and pool. Rooms are very spacious

We stayed here with family for 2 days and stay was very nice, food awesome and children were enjoyed lot in pool.

Resort room bagunai food ok but staff response sariga ledu mainly reception lo oka person way of talking not good
