We had a wonderful 24-hour stay at Myna Villa in Browntown Resort. The entire property gave off serene Kerala vibes, surrounded by lush greenery that made the experience truly peaceful. The villa was well maintained, and the pool area was spotless and beautifully designed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was neat, organized, and exactly as promised. Totally worth it! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge.

The resort was calm and peaceful. well maintained. Have many indoor and outdoor activities. The food was good and the behaviour of the staff was also nice. I'm definitely going back to this place.

📍 Location: The location is absolutely beautiful and perfect for photoshoots. I would rate it 5/5 for its scenic views. However, the approach road to the resort is damaged for about 1–2 km, which can be a bit inconvenient but still manageable. 🏡 Room (Mayna Villa Sky View): I booked this room through Makemytrip for ₹7,700 (discounted price). The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view from the bed was stunning and gave a very peaceful vibe. The washroom was spacious and equipped with essentials like a geyser, hair dryer, and fresh towels. However, there are a few things that need improvement: • Check-in was slightly delayed (got the room at 2:15 PM instead of 2:00 PM). • Stairs leading to the room were not clean. • No hooks to hang clothes and no chairs in the room. • No hand wash in the washroom, which is a basic necessity. • The water pressure from the health faucet was extremely low and almost non-functional. 🍽️ Food (Pavilion Restaurant): Food was the biggest disappointment. Since the restaurant is open and located in the middle of the forest, insects falling into food at night is a real issue (I personally experienced it). The taste of the dishes was average at best and didn’t justify the high prices. The portion sizes were also small compared to the cost. Another concern is the food availability — options are very limited between 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and post 10:30 PM there is no food service at all. For a resort experience, a 24/7 or at least extended food service should be available. ✅ Overall: The resort is great for its location, peaceful environment, and room aesthetics, but food quality and some basic amenities need urgent improvement. If management works on these points, this place can become a much better and more enjoyable stay.

Brown town resort was excellent location dayouting or saty ,food was extremely good in taste ,staff was excellent and supportive.overall good resort .

The rooms were very clean and the environment was peaceful. The property offers facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and indoor games. The staff were helpful and polite, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect weekend getaway to rejuvenate from a busy schedule.

The stay was good but check-in timings are odd . It would be more fun if checking is I’m the morning hours .

We visited Brown Town Resort yesterday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully nestled in nature, surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and a calm, refreshing atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed and disconnected from the city’s chaos.

The property, browntown resort , is a highly recommended spot for a perfect getaway.. I was not aware of the surprise awaiting me in the form of cleanliness, maintenance,hygiene and the surroundings when I booked the stay. The resort is a visual treat for those looking to have a casual strolls any time in the day with their dear ones. Amidst lush greenery, there is always cool breeze swaying around which makes us feel energetic and not uncomfortable. Only thing I did not like much is the lunch buffet, for the 885 paid for non veg buffet,I did not get to have enough taste abd variety. Overall, the stay was very good

A very good place to spend time. Traditional ambience with indoor/outdoor games, Swimming pool and food is also excellent.

We stayed in Himalayan room and there is no slope in bathroom because of that water was standing all the time. Also while booking they mentioned king size bed but there were two single beds. Had bed bugs issues. Everything is exorbitantly charged. Water bottle at 93 INR! After calling 3 times we did not get the requested service. Food is okay but again very slow service. Property is well designed but that's it!

Stay was perfect to have a better time , food needs to be improved , spa is reasonable !! Overall its a very good experience

We had a wonderful stay at Brown Town. To our surprise, the facilities—including the rooms, ambiance, and the food at the cafeteria—were all above expectations, adding a touch of luxury. The connectivity was fairly straightforward, and the lush greenery surrounding the property is truly exceptional. Full marks for the way it’s been beautifully maintained

Our staycation at The Brown Town Resort was decent not exciting as the room they have provided had water clogging issues, The room didn't have proper lights, room service was very slow and delayed to handover us the rooms at the time of check-in..the way to resort was also patch and bumpy

Location is 30 mins drive from Gachibowli but for reaching the resort from the main road we had to drive through 2-3 kms of damaged roads. Resort is full of greenery & well maintained. Children's play area is not maintained well...it had only 3 slides & full of dirt and some damages. There's not much entertainment activities for adults either. TVs are not provided in the suites...while booking this was not clearly mentioned. Room service is fast & the staff are very courteous. Buffet had limited options & the quality was average but when ordered as ala carte the food quality & taste are better. Overall a good staycation to spend time with family & nature They have farm birds - 10+ ducks, turkey and roosters...some pathways are full of duck which was unpleasant to both eyes & nose. Also there is a cage for pigeons and rabbits...again the smell hits your nose hard. My suggestion is they can replace these pigeons & rabbits with love birds, parrots & finches...also a koi pond would be attractive. Overall a good staycation to spend time with family & nature.
