Excellent Stay
The ambience is place and most of rooms and places are clean and hygienic. The working staff did everything in a very friendly manner. Room service staff are all well experienced.This hotel is excellent. Easy to check-in and check out. Very helpful and decent reception people. Location wise, you have metro very near walkable distance. If you visiting near by please visits this place once.

Terrible Stay
Worest stay for family. Smell from room, bed sheet are not properly cleaned. No moping done. Wahsroom bucket was very dirty. Too much noice enter from outside in room . Cockroaches and other insects are normal in room. Morning after 11 am they stop the water in the washroom. Location is also not good for family. My lifes worest mistake to bokk this hotel

Dear Trip Assure / TripMoney Support, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding a recent hotel booking made through MakeMyTrip, for which I also purchased Trip Assure insurance coverage. Location : A-337/1,Street No-1, Mahipalpur Exten, New delhi-110037, Mahipalpur, Delhi Despite having a confirmed booking with air-conditioned accommodation, upon my arrival, the hotel management refused to provide the AC room, claiming it wasn’t available. Out of helplessness and urgency, I had no option but to accept a non-AC room. However, I later discovered that AC rooms were indeed available, but they were deliberately withheld — allegedly because I had booked at a lower price online. And the room which was given was smelly and had seepage. This kind of misleading and exploitative behavior seems like a deliberate practice: > To lure customers with lower pricing online and then pressure them to upgrade or pay extra once they arrive and have no alternative. This not only constitutes a deficiency in promised service, but also raises questions about ethical business practices. As a customer who booked in good faith and opted for your insurance coverage for safety, I expect: 1. Compensation for the downgraded service. 2. An investigation into this hotel’s listing and behavior. 3. Assurance that such practices are not repeated with other travelers. I would also like to inform you that I intend to escalate this complaint to the National Consumer Helpline and other appropriate authorities if a fair resolution is not offered.
