Was amazing. Had a good experience with the e host. We could taste the exotic fruits in his own garden which was extra special.

Big traditional kerala house in a big farm. Host cyriac is very hospitable. The rooms in the independent outhouse are very comfortable with large balconies. . 5

This homestay is located at a perfect distance from the main town away from the hustle. The owner is a sweet and a kind person who has great spice garden within the property. Rooms are clean and have a great view. Go for it

Amazing experience, amazing host, amazing cook, amazon food, amazing hospitality. I post reviwes very often but this property ambience, serenity thrilled me to post. They have their own spice plantation. We took a morning walk inside their plantation. It's too amazing. I uploaded my experience through photos to support my review. 1 photo has the owner who is also the host there to greet.

The place is extremely pretty, true to its pictures. Surrounded by lands filled with spice plantation is a bliss to eyes. The host is gracious and helpful. Must stay!

Located in dusty Town of Kumily, but once passing through home stay gate a different and isolated world of beauty and tranquility, beautiful tour of the spice garden, great view from the room, very friendly staff and owner.

We stayed for 2 nights with our kids and the we all loved it. The hosts Mr. Cyriac and family are gracious hosts. The food was authentic Kerala food and delicious. The house is in the middle spice plantations and yet close to the Kumily town. The rooms are clean and neat and feels like home. Mr. Cyriac is very helpful, he is an agriculturist and I enjoyed talking with him about spices and the challenges of doing agriculture. Our kids had good time playing with Mr Cyriac's grandson.

Location of the homestay is a bit far from the central junction and about 10 mins away from the Periyar Tiger Reserve. The entrance to the homestay can be missed easily but you can ask the locals for directions . . Rooms have balconies facing the plantation, a beautiful sight awaits you at dawn!

No generator backup. Rest all good. Good people good room excellent location good breakfast good view. Better than staying in a hotel where there is lot of crowd this place with only 4 rooms is quiet.

Really like this homestay + spice garden. You will be able to visit small poultry farm as well if you will go little bit down. I was lucky to see emo and many more birds. Host is amazing, but small improvement (TV in each room) is needed.

I had booked this place for my family during december vacations. Since the rush was high, the host asked us to vacate the place early as he was expecting some international guests. Although my check out time was 12 noon, I was forced to leave early.

Awesome experience and we enjoyed the stay. Food was excellent Facilities are awesome. Room was very clean and neat. View from resort is very pleasant Mr. Ceriac was very kind and caring. Very near town and Thekkady.

The first thing to mention is the hospitality of the hosts. We were fortunate to be the only guest in the whole bungalow that day and our kids enjoyed a lot feeling the homely atmosphere. The resort is right next to the road and yet filled with green cover amidst the plantation owned by them. We enjoyed the walk around the plantation that owner took us and showed varieties of plantations. Though a homestay, lunch and dinner is charged extra and if you add everything then the total price of stay will be more. However the cleanliness of the entire bungalow and surroundings is just awesome.

Owner is very nice. Guest experience is too good. Food is as per your own choice and good too. It will be better if they add recreational activities too. Local market food joints and massage centres are nearby.

We stayed for a night in this home stay this week. Though it's nicely located and has good ambience, I think they charge very highly. I was shocked at the dinner bill of 1500. There were 3 items on the menu and the rotis were poorly made. Definitely not value for money. I will not recommend this to anyone.
