Worst experience. Around 3 AM, the fan stopped working. The bed was too small for two people — the edge of the bed kept hitting my head. There was no food facility available. They mentioned a welcome drink would be served on arrival, but nothing was provided. The room was also not clean.” Definitely not worth the price.

Room was really neat and clean. Everything was really nice. But the bed size is small it should be large. And the rate of the room is very high compare to other hotels. They didnt provide breakfast in this price range. But other hotels are more cheaper than this hotel. Otherwise room and hospitality was good.

Property location is wonderful. Staff was welcoming and helpful and courteous. Though it is homestay but the property owners provide assistance like a hotel. morning tea and muffins were complimentary. rooms are sufficiently spacious and beautifully designed with windows beautiful view of garden. though bed is sufficiently spacious for couple it is difficult to sleep with a 2 year old. TV with premium subscription was a nice touch. tea was good. this property provides good information for restaurants and helps in booking tickets for tourist spots etc. Kitchen facility is really functional though the same is accessible through staff only. good restaurants are all within walking distance. it was excellent experience.

Found on mm t search. Stay was excellent with good service from hotel staff. Walkable distance to boat parking. Though there was no inhouse restaurant, they arranged breakfast and was good. Room quality was excellent as it looked like a new property. Parking was a bit challenging with a steep climb. Overall, i liked the property and i recommend it for a budget stay in a prime location.

The property is one year old. Properly maintained. It was peaceful for the bikers and their families. The staff are friendly. I stayed here for three nights. For authentic food, i preferred periyar cafe for its value, quality, and service. I truly enjoyed it. The ksrtc bus stand, restaurants, periyar office, and parking lots are all close. Done

Beautiful property at city centre. All attractions and restaurants are at walking distance. Had a chance to meet property owner, lady with beautiful nature. Property manager always ready to assist. All in all perfect stay if in Thekkady 😊😊

The stay was excellent. The property is very close to main attraction centers. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very polite and was very helpful in guiding us about the different tourist places and activities. I would recommend anyone to book this place without second thought.

The stay was very nice, and the host was super friendly and helpful. Also the stay is near the periyar tiger reserve entrance, so easy accessibility to most of the nearby attractions.

Elm’s was a great find in budget. Clean and helpful staff and location is next to the Periyar Reserve tourist information centre.
