The location was good . Rooms are clean but food tastes are not good . In room we had so many facilities . Its a good hotel.

When I enter in the room smell very bad , window lock not working, door lock is broken , towels are dirty, and in breakfast is not for eating

Excellent Good deling the client. Clear the room . Good behaviour the all staff.

I’ve booked a suite, after check in when i ended that room i got a bad smell, and amenities are borken, fridge is not working, night lamp one is broken and another not working, even bedroom ac is not working I asked them to change room but room but they don’t have any other suit and asked me to adjust or take lower grade room. Although they arrange a technician to fix the ac but technician said there is a leakage and it can’t be fixed while i am staying in this room. Location wise this hotel is good but it’s very cheap not worth of what we are paying for.

It was an awesome place The staff were so helpful and we enjoyed our stay over there. And coming to the food part it was also amazing. The room was so clean.

Hotel Is Good if US OFC Date and Interview Process , US Embessy is close to this Hotel, Room is not Good and not Value for money.. location is Excellent and Room was Poor.

Very, very bad service in reception, rooms not clean paint is also came off, door locks & charging port points are not working.

The hotel staff is very good, but rent is very high, no proper cleaning, when we booked the hotel they show Double bed plus single bed for three persons but they refused to give single bed

Property was very small without windows and proper ventilation. Room was filled with smell of cigarette. The good thing was complementary breakfast. Overall it was an average property.

Stay was good overall experience was good easy access to all localities and metro station good staff if you ask will suggest good travel options to nearby places

Food was excellent, bed was not good, the digital lock of the door was broken, they placed a temporary key lock

My stay at the park victoria hotel was an unforgettable experience, a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It was a home away from home, where every need was anticipated and every desire fulfilled. Staff was also very good.

The rooms were not clean at all. We reached and asked to clean the room and change the bed sheets. It was a horrible experience and we immediately change it in the early morning as we had checked in late night.

Good accommodation in the heart of city. Eating places closeby. Staff cooperative. Overall value for money

The room did not have proper locks, floor was entirely dirty and sticy, no keys for wardrobes, broken side tables, smelly room with no ventilation

room was without windows & had very bad odour. Room wall had cracks including bathroom & was in very bad shape. No shoap and towel was given. we checked in early around 8.40 am so a room cleaning charge of rs 700 cash was asked for which I pad because I had family including children
