Nite property with excellent location.
Property and location is excellent. However, further attention to be given on cleanliness of room and washroom at excellent level for which no extra cost is required. Staffs may be given proper training on how to keep a good properly neat and clean at the highest level and staffs are good but they should look energetic.

Peaceful and lovely stay
Excellent location with plenty of open space filled with trees and pond. Swimming pool was clean. Service was good, staff was polite. Cottages were spacious and clean. Food could have been better. Overall positive experience.

Excellent Stay
Hi Team, Palmgrove Lake Resort is a beautiful property beside Kerala’s backwaters in Allepey. We had amazing view of the boats & boathouses passing by the resort & enjoyed onboarding one. We also enjoyed cycling available there, played badminton, and relaxed in its beautifully built Lake View rooms & the Suit. The breakfast was delicious. It is an ideal place for family getaway.

A serene backwater resor
coupleIt was a very good experience, the stay was right by the backwaters and we could see houseboats cruising all day. There was a lot of greenery which was very relaxing. The pool was clean and well maintained for a quick dip. They arranged a very good shikara ride for sunrise and it was beautiful the suite had multiple rooms which was luxurious. The breakfast had limited options and was average.

familyPlace is beautiful. The view here is very mesmerising. It’s located on the lake and it’s on prime location where punnamada main boating takes place. They arranged shikara boat for us. Staff here is very friendly

Palm-grove lake resort- a lovely place to stay in alappuzha
Beautiful location right by the backwaters. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening meals very tasty. Only minor point i would make is that for a 3-night stay europeans might normally expect the room to be serviced and the towels changed at least once.

familyCalm and serene. A beautiful property overlooking the backwaters. From mini pineapples to fireflies at night absolutely magical. Homely food- freshly made on order. If looking for a calm getaway will totally recommend. Also must do is the shikara ride to vembanad and kuttanad.

businessIt was a pleasant stay, near the backwaters, and the staff was very cooperative . The breakfast was ok, there wasn't much variety though. Also the stay is about 400 meters inside.

A pleasant stay
coupleOverall a beautiful property and the food is really good and homely but you have to give them order in advance. We had a pleasant stay here for 2 nights and they arranged the shikara ride for us in the evening. Really will like to return here after few years may be for our anniversary or any special occasion or just to relax. Such a soothing and calming experience

familyThey rooms were good and spacious. But the breakfast options were too less. Also, there were very few staff (although friendly, after 8:30 or 9 at night no one would be there to help you with any facilities like drinking water or food. The view was awesome from the resort, but the resort is a little bit inside from the main road. Overall it was an ok stay.

A good property alongside backwater
coupleThey have garden view and backwater view cottages. The room was clean and linens were neat and clean. The dinner was good. However the complimentary breakfast was served cold (though they promptly reheated the curries [chole and sambar] when we told them it is cold, they should have done it themselves though. Since the property was amid-st lush green surrounding there were small insects and lizards in the room. They should also put the nameplate outside each cottages to avoid any misunderstanding. Ar night one might get confused which one is his cottage.

familyHad a pleasant stay at palm-grove lake resort. The location is one of the major draw, right beside the backwaters, one can just seat and see the houseboats passing by. The ambience is nice, lot of green around, food is decent, only thing is the restaurant closes by 9 pm. Overall recommended.
