Excellent Stay
It was a wonderful experience staying at the beautiful boathouse. The host, Mr. Asif, who is the 6th generation owner of the boathouse was very friendly and helpful. The boathouse has a spectacular view of the Nigeen Lake which we preferred to the Dal Lake for the quietness and its simplicity . The food was delicious and Mr. Asif also helped us in planning our tour. He’s a very good storyteller and would love to share interesting insights about Kashmir and its history. Definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a peaceful, calm and loving stay on a lakeside.
