Affordable Luxury in Kasauli
I am happy to recommend Oren to everyone because it is a luxury property at reasonable price. My family wanted to book Ramada kasauli but I liked Oren's pictures and reviews. I am glad we chose Oren. Food was the highlight of our stay.

Time well spent at this beautiful property.
Location- on the main road, easy to locate Food- vegetarian tasty and fresh, liked pakore and chilly paneer the most. Room service was quick. Amenities- Jacuzzi was the highlight in our room. Newly built property, clean bathrooms. well decorated rooms. We had common balcony with our 3 rooms which gave us lot of private space to enjoy with family. I would give it a 5 star

The property was amazing, so it's services, just one thing the parking slop is quite stiff which makes it difficult to park the car, though for that also, they have team who parks your car. Rooms were clean an spacious and the view was amazing. The property has an excellent location in Kasauli. And the views out to the valley are mesmerising. Well built and comfortable. Though the parking is up a steep incline but the hotel staff will gladly park your car. Special mention of the extremely helpful staff.

We spent 3 nights and 4 days at OREN Kasauli Resort with family and friends, and the entire experience was nothing short of perfect. Set in the serene mountains of Kasauli, the location is peaceful, scenic, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and with a variety that catered to all age groups and tastes in our group. Every meal felt like a celebration. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The service was prompt, polite, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Alok Mittal (Owner) and Mr. Sanjeev (Manager), who were warm, welcoming, and highly interactive with all the guests. Their personal involvement and friendly approach created a homely and pleasant atmosphere that truly stood out. We left with wonderful memories and lots of smiles. property is having good room sizes, house keeping is very slow service,they only serve Vegetarian food. restaurant service is very average, breakfast range is not good at all. Room service is slow, location is good. but they lack is any other activities, no pool , no garden no play area for kids. overall average stay.

Disappointing service
Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. Check-in was slow and cumbersome, staff seemed unresponsive to requests, and the room had noticeable cleanliness issues. The amenities promised didn't match the reality. Given the price point, better service was expected. Hopefully, they'll address these concerns, but until then, potential guests should be aware.

Don’t rely on the pics and information confirm on call before booking
The views From the hotel were good but there were some hidden things which you should confirm with hotel before booking on call like they have written in amenities the sports and gaming section and when we reach it was just for kids ,there was problem is the door lock and some washroom locks also However staff was good and responsive they came to fix everything but before booking make sure you confirm some things on call and don’t rely on the pics
