Never book Orchid u will sick
Food was so disgusting never eat from orchid you will be sick its smelly and dishesh are not clean Room was ok but they close AC in morning while i was sleeping somone entre ub my room no security

Good Stay
room was clean and hotel was on maind road easy to find. A little far away from main city . Hotel was clean too.

Terrible Stay
Terrible staff attitude. The manager was disrespectful, a dirty hotel room, and no toiletries had to ask multiple times for it. Broken door had to change the room. I have so many complaints i wanted to change the hotel, but because of the time crunch, we had to adjust.

No good
I had so many issues, electricity no backup, food availability. In winter no bonfire, very slow staff.

rude behaviour of staff
rude behaviour of staff and they cannot provide at least the tissues with breakfast. mattress was not good

Location is good but services and food quality is poor. Staff number is very less for fulfilling customers service.

Poor service on weekends
Very slow room service and breakfast. But the property is to good to stay and close to main market and rafting point

Poor Stay
familyMost of the time ni cold water have to go to office to request for it. Telephone intercom not working all the time. I gad stay for 4 day very bad experience. Parking was worst. Guest have to take out other gst car to take out his own car. Have to request gore every thing. No bill were given for food items consumed.

They provided us with a very poor doom which smelled very bad and they didn't provide us with parking.

It was good for the price mentioned. Smooth booking process considering i was looking for a room at very late hours. The services were average but good in the case of urgency.

Quiet environment, good space for gathering. The staff was well behaved and was polite enough. The washrooms were also clean.
