according to price not worth it... location is near to lxmn jhula...but room service and room very poor

I booked 4 dorms for rs 3k and they have provided us only 3 dorms to stay and the washroom was also not cleaned. The care taker said we can take the compensation in the morning and then he clearly denied it. Unhinged people would nicer recommend this to anyone

Excellent stay

The stay in the hotel cosy nook was terrible, rooms were not well maintained, no basic toiletries were provided, no dustbin was there, walls were moldy, washroom was not maintained and cleaned properly, shower was broken, the towel they provided was looking like used ones.

The picture shown and physical appearance is too different. It's a small room and loose fixtures in the washroom. No toiletries in the washroom, no minibar. Tv is there but not working. Stain blanket. No space foe for extra cot. Price is too high as per the service and the room. Good part is nice view and the locations.

Worst place to stay horrible rooms wirh no cleanliness. Specially the owner. She just wants to make money

Rooms are too small according to its price, don't dare to eat any thing, food is pathetic.

No power backup, staff behaviour is not good, poor quality hotel.

Room veriy small, no mirror, no call bell, movement in the room poor, food charges exorbitant. Road connectivity poor. Only plus point room was adjacent to the ganges.

First of all there is no ganga view roome here, do not get fool by it, there is no room with any view, rooms are very small as compared to what looks into pictures. There is a common area on every floor from which view can be seen and that is accessible to everyone anytime, people sit there to have drinks and smoking throughout the night, playing loud music disturbing others. We booked a room with ganga view and we got the closet room attached to the common area and there was no privacy also there was no view, the room was very small and all bathroom was not even washed for several days, there were people sitting around 12 at night having drinks, smoking and loud music, we cannot sleep at all and owner was not there at that time, so when we complaint to a staff of the hotel, a staff member went there and sit with those guys to have drinks and smoke, instead of telling them to get back to room. It was the same story for more than 15-20 minutes, then we call the manager and he came and asked the people to go to their room, still the people were very bad and do not listen to them, it was very bad experience for us in visiting this place, however a manager was there who was supportive to us and helped us otherwise all other staff is very bad and not trained at all. I would prefer to not visit this place if you want to visit the view from your room

After reaching the place, the owner said that they didn't have any rooms left and agreed to give us a full refund, as the refund option was not available for this hotel on makemytrip application. However, i haven't received my refund yet, neither did i get any request asking me to accept the refund on the app (as suggested by the owner on our telephonic conversation). These kind of issues are unacceptable. You must look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

The property is just beside ganga and the view is breathtaking. Good food good people
