When I arrived late in the evening with 25 min warning by phone, the room was not cool and the aircon was not on. The bathroom was in a terrible condition with no shower gel, shampoo, or any other bathroom regulars, just a bar of soap. I did not shower. I opened the sheets to find multi stained unwashed sheets with pubic hairs and body fluids dried into the unchanged sheet. I was appalled. I complained and my room was changed, slightly better but with broken singled glazed windows leaving in the Mumbai traffic noise, mosquitos, and dirt. the sliding doors/rail were filthy. No safe in the room, no tissue in the room, the television channels did not work and I had to wait for the reception to purchase. The lift kept on sticking. There was no buffet breakfast as advertised and you could only order one breakfast, omelet. The gym advertised did not belong to the hotel and was fee-paying. The lock on the door was broken for the duration as were many of the rooms. My neighbor got locked out. No facilities whatsoever. No, iron, ironing board, 3 hangers in the wardrobe, no mini bar, no laundry service. The bed was not a King as advertised but just two singles pushed together which I specifically did not want as I had had this in other Mumbai hotels. The truth is unless you have a good amount to spend per night you will not get the kind of room you can get in Bangkok for some amount. Something needs to be done with the badly repaired and serviced, expensive hotels in India, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone and do not. Avoid.
