Hotel staff not co operative

Check in time is 12 o'clock but they didn't clean the room till 3 pm. We waited there. Hotel staff are not co operative. They said please wait until l room cleaned.

Poor location

Small room not equipped for a family of 4 but made us reservation and finally big confusion

Again denied entry

Just like the booking made for may 1st and denied access to hotel, the hotel didn’t allow entry on may 3rd also quoting sewage issues. And the same degraded hotel was allotted

Hello sir, this is a wrong information given as mentioned we had called you’re parents to shift as the room was fixed on the second day but it was your parents who denied to come to the hotel and convinced me saying he will talk to you regarding the stay. This is very misleading as we did our best to give you the best of service. I had informed you about this during the stay as well. We tried out best to shift them back but they did not want to shift at all. Please don’t mislead this situation as we had asked your parents to shift back to the hotel and give their room back. We were told that they were very comfortable there and did not want to shift at all. We are very sorry but there is a communication problem between the one to booked the hotel and the one who stayed at the hotel.

Stay denied; allotted another degraded hotel

Even after making advance payment, the owner said that there’s some issue in the hotel and they are allotting us another hotel which is apparently better. Turns out, it’s was a degraded hotel and no requests were entertained. Not even mm t team came to help to solve the situation.

We are very spotty for the inconvenience caused but we had fixed our leakage issue on the second day of the booking and asked your parents to shift, but they were not willing to shift back to the hotel even when all the luggage were being shifted by the staff. We tried our best to convince them to shift back to oka hotel but the customers wanted to stay at the other hotel even after trying everything i was told that the guest will call their children and let them know that they were staying in oka hotel when actually they were staying in sherpa international. We are still sorry for the trouble, we hope we can make it up in the future
