Horrible, not coptared properly, not on main road,to reach Hotel you have to walk 15-20 min, not view point friendly, not avilaable car parking ,if you go through own car they will not coparate• Don't go there•

Never book this hotel via online platform like mmt or any portal,,,they have given wrong address,,it is far from mall road,,,they will make your stay another cheap homestay,, a guy call never check in at night specially... My booking details attached. Same thing done with me..no aminities there

It was good but lack of cleanliness . A good place with respect to location.

Pathetic service, I ever had in my life. they don’t have proper caretaker. No receptionist. They have not taken any documents during booking. No breakfast, no water supply, we have to use the sink water, which they’re using for washing dishes. Apart from that for this Hotel breakfast facility, . Latest today morning during checkout, the person who used to help us to move our bags he left and I have to carry everything. During the time, I’m gone through some accident. I raise the same concern to the owner is discussing about the issue with his boss or co-partner. Water further assembly asked for the refund. . Now I have injury in my knee and my leg.

Very very worst experience.. it seems like i have booked a room in patal lok of mall road.. (very scary stairs).. aisa laga jaise kaha gaddhe me room le liya ho maine.. Service is also bad... bathroom me water pressure v bahut kam.. no proper arrangement of breakfast also.. Kuch v well maintained hai hi nahi.. Aur room ka cost v bahut jyada.. and no any arrangement of inverter facility for power cut and proper water in bathroom

The hotel is in quite a low-lying area compared to Mall Road, so getting up and down from there is very difficult, and there's also a problem with proper water supply. The staff is well-behaved and helpful, but you will definitely face water problems. The rooms are not exactly like the pictures shown on MakeMyTrip. Overall, it's an average-quality hotel.

The experience during our stay was excellent, largely due to the host's ease of communication.

Rooms were clean and service was also very good.

Forest lodge is not easily accessible to a person and specially for female and elderly people. Breakfast is complimentary but in the name of breakfast only omlette and bread is available.Person who is looking after the lodge is good but without any freedom.

The picture mentioned doesn't match the rooms and the sanitary conditions is very poor .... Bad experience travelling

The homestay is in a very interior location. Not so clean.. Not get two fresh towels after asking multiple times. Tap water very slowly. but the caretaker is well mannered and polite.

Flush not working No water in the tap Gate was not locking Stained bedsheet Web in entire room Smelly room etc were the major issues i faced at the hotel in one of the rooms it wasn't fixed irrespective of the complaint to both the coordinator and the hotel staff. no one gave heed to our issue. had a terrible stay spoiled our trip

Biggest mistake of my life: choosing this lodge. Worst ever. It’s far, far away from Mall Road. You have to climb a lot of stairs to reach this lodge. You’ll feel like having a heart attack while climbing with your luggage—sounds funny? Don’t believe me? Just book this lodge and come back to see my review on your check-in day. Now coming to the room: 1. The water flow is extremely low. It takes an hour to fill a 1-liter bottle. 2. Don’t be fooled by the Kanchenjunga window view 3. You have to walk through sewage and drainage water to reach the lodge. 4. Missing curtains—no privacy. The host, his family, and friends talk loudly right outside your door. 5. Liquor bottles are left outside your door. 6. Loud music—it was so painful to stay here. 7. The complimentary breakfast consists of just two slices of bread, one omelet (which tastes awful), and tea. Sometimes the host disappears, so you might not even get your breakfast. Message to the host: What you did at the time of our checkout—you will pay for this for sure. God is watching you. My wife almost fell from the stairs while climbing up with the luggage. I had two heavy bags with me, and I called you many times, but you didn’t pick up the phone. I also mentioned the water flow issue several times, but you did nothing. You ruined everything. Please, please stay away from this lodge. Don’t make the same mistake I did by booking this place.

location was good,staff behaviour was also good,window view was soothing but services was lagging like breakfast was not satisfactory ,24×7 electricity not provided,towel n soap not provided, dustbin was inside room n bathroom.

caretaker is well behaved,polite(nischal) suggestions- start asking guests atleast once in a day is everything going alright. if someone booked ur homestay online and BF is complementary it's caretaker duty to ask guests overall a good stay thnks

Very Pleasant Stay and behaviour of the care taker 'Nischal' was very polite & humble. Walking distance from Mall road and Mall market.

Very Good Stay. Nischal Ji is very cooperative. Very Good location to explore Mall Road and nearby Sightseeing. Kanchenjunga view is clear from here.

The rooms are nice and clean. Not very far from mall road. The caretaker guy " nischal" was very helpful and polite. The best part of the stay is the view from the room. The only problem is you have to climb so many stirs every time you need to get out.
