Room was nice. Really big. But blanket was smelly. The property is a bit old. But overall nice. Stuff was helpful also.

The rooms are good but no ammenities provided like slipper, soap moisturizers and tv remote also not working properly otherwise evwrything was good

There are mosquito issues, bad odours in the washroom, and no food supply inside the guest room, door gap lots of air passing from outside to inside hence in winter time it's very difficult for sleeping at night.

Nice place and a convenient location for shopping. Food is ok and room service is prompt. Rooms are clean.

Everything was good. Quick service, service was great. Food tasted brilliant. Ambience was safe. But there were some aspects where improvement could have been made. Room it was not bad but it was not good either.

Such a shady property, dirty rooms, lots of mosquitos, person at reception was very rude, rooms were very small nothing like what shown in pictures, stayed just because there was no time left and i ha-be to catch early morning flight. But this was the worst hotel till now and not at all worth for money. Property was not upto standard

It is not safe for a solo female traveller as the receptionist is not very flexible and makes you feel awkward. Also, there's complimentary breakfast which they have not provided and the pictures of the room are not at all the way rooms are, so don't judge a book by its cover. It was unhygienic and made them change the sheets the moment i entered and blankets were not clean nor was the washroom. Overall a bad and horrible stay.

Checked in here as a couple for a night. There's some construction work that was going on so some parts were inaccessible. Booked it for stay so it wasn't value for money. The hotel has decent rooms, some have paint peeling off and smell a bit foul but the toilets are especially terrifying with some open drains near the wash basin which smell really foul. The blankets also had a musty scent to them. If you get a room for less price then it might be reasonable. For a high price per room tariff I think you'd rather find other options or pay a couple of extra and get a nicer hotel. For single people and people on the road and traveling for work, this perfectly fine. The breakfast is just 2 toasts and bananas and a boiled egg so beware even if it says this complimentary.

The room had a notice pasted on the wall in big and bold that any stains on the bedsheet would invite a fine. There were already innumerable stains on the sheet. It was extremely dirty and when I asked them to change it, they didn't, they just changed the pillow covers which again had multiple stains, not hygienic at all.
