Excellent Stay
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the oakwood hamlet, and i must say it was an exceptional experience! the open area garden is beautifully landscaped, offering plenty of space. As for the food, it was simply delightful! overall, i highly recommend the oakwood for anyone looking to escape and enjoy a blend of luxury, nature, and great food.

Excellent Stay
The property was much more beautiful than i actually expected. We checked in late night but it was beautiful view when we woke up with lush green lawns, cold weather and hot coffee. Its a bit far from the highway but it's totally worth it. Food was very good, and 5 stars to the room service too. Owner of the hotel is very nice and cooperative as he himself came to pick as well as drop us as our car got stuck on the road due to a road accident. I'll surely visit again and thanks a lot make my trip for the best rates. I'll recommend the same to others too.

The place is good but the pool water is very dirty, they dont have a continuous flowing water pool. The food is good and overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property is good. The price they are charging is highly overpriced

Everything was mismanaged parking to room services even connectivity was not good from the main road. Wifi was so weak and it was only working in the reception area

Over expensive food
These ppl are completely taking advantage of remote location. Charging rs100 for a glass of milk etc etc.

Good resort but need to improve
Overall resort is good along with staff behaviour but it should have the facility for gym and spa as well.

Third visit terrible experience
This was the third time I visited this property. Last two times I had a nice comfortable stay but sadly this time was a huge disappointment. First thing when we entered the room the bathroom was stinking and the bed sheets were very dirty. We asked for water, dental kits etc. more than 3 times at room service still didn't get one. The TV wasn't working. Then time to order and more than half the dishes were not available. Food was not upto the mark either but the most annoying was that our bedside landline phone kept ringing even at 4 am in the morning. Then time for breakfast and whatever we asked for wasn't available and the reply was we should have told him before. This is inspite of having paid for a buffet breakfast. He gave us what he wanted to whether we like it or not. Very bad experience this time sadly and we will never visit this hotel again.
