I need refund. This type of properties should not be listed in make my trip. Receptionist was in Delhi and their was no only 1 staff member to greet us.

Heavenly stay at one of the most exquisite place

Property's location -on the way of morni take diversion at village johri to badisher road, ride/hike about 2 km. On weekend i stepped out to explore this place as i have already booked this stay through mmt. I found my stay at this very beautiful place more awesome as i expected, i'm pretty much impressed by behaviour of the staff specially nirmal bhai who helped me a lot to manage my stay more comfortable. The food was very delicious and they kept every concern of safety and hygiene in their mind. After-all i'm fully satisfied with their hospitality. Mind blowing place, eagerly waiting to visit again.

Reached 3 hours prior to check-in and manager demanded 1000 rs per room. Entire property was empty, but forced to pay then penalty charges of rs. 2000 because they don’t want to allow early check-in

A bad experience

The peoperty is at a very far off location with no modes of travel except for cab called by the staff sybject to availability. The staff was rude, rooms and bathroom were unclean and the staff had a bias for people booking directly through them. They did not have milk eggs etc in the morning due to being far off. The mm t app required a full payment in advance with no provision for refund due to which we lost half of our money since we stayed for 1 day even after booking for 2 days. Overall a bad experience. Will not recommend.
