Hotel Classic Residency

Neat room & bathrooms. Amazing view. Supportive Room Service, but they arent available after 10:30PM, which at times might be a problem. Buffet is average - minimal variety, and the waiters wont prioritize a la carte orders. So might have to wait for a long time. Decent Taste, not the best. NOTE : If you are old or not very physically fit, the steep slope for reaching the Hotel Classic Residency would be a considerable issue. At times, taxis refuse to drop/ pick up at the front gate, so the elevation is quite high, so would need a good amount of effort to reach the Mall Road. Otherwise, its a good Hotel Classic Residency to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and yet peaceful. The room was clean and spacious, with all the promised amenities in place. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options at breakfast and dinner. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the prompt housekeeping service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

All good. Auto took Rs 200 for drop to Hotel Classic Residency. Hotel staff was extremely supportive. Since I got late to reach Hotel Classic Residency, I requested them to arrange boiled milk for infant which they did on time. Operations manager was quick to reply to my other queries also before reaching Hotel Classic Residency. Hotel was clean, no bugs, easily locatable and well connected

It's has been a wonderful experience from checkin to check out...room upgrade with delicious food in restaurant, big cozy, clean room. Big neat n tidy swimming pool along side garden is a big draw...Feel at home.courteous staff..special thanks to Ms. Shalu for helping us to make this stay a memorable one..surely gonna visit many more time.. Delighted

The staff is very cooperative and kind, specially Mr. Dinesh Rathore in Food and Beverages section. Mr. Sandeep front office is very gentle and informative. Location is very good and approachable but you must go for more branding outside the Hotel.

Rooms are very big and well maintained. Good for family and kids. Food is best n parking is available. Nice swiming pool with music

everything is good but there are some aspects that can be worked for that is kids playroom some games to make the Hotel Classic Residency royal and memorable for kids which make more exciting
