worst experience ever
Very pathetic behaviour by the billing staff during checking out and they have misplaced the food bill which were mandatory for me to submit in office and how MMT is not responding well.. MMT is too bad in terms of customer service too

Staff response towards service is so horrible Staff is too busy where I can't comment but no time to attend customer Room allotment take too much time Overall experience so bad and will not recommend to anyone to stay there

transit location after landing at dabolim airport
Newly built , well maintained property with courteous staff .loved the rooms and the facilities provided in the room .Breakfast spread was great too. We had a breakdown of AC in our room which was promptly dealt with .in such situations fans come really handy along with centralised ACs.

Excellent Stay
The stay was excellent along all the related service. Whether it is in regards of location, food or any facilities, this hotel is perfect for vacation with family as well as for solo/Business travelers. Behaviour of staff members is good enough and polite. I would like to stay in same hotel whenever i will travel to goa.

It was a nice day, but the people who were staying with us at the same tariff. We having breakfast, and we were not offered breakfast that was really disturbing.

We booked Superior Room but when check-in hotel management upgraded our room to Executive Room without any additional charge . Excellent Hotel, Excellent food and the staff is Excellent Excellent Excellent.

stay was good but we didn't get high floor suit...we were not served tea in our room instead of entire breakfast meal on our fasting day...

Great stay
Property looks new, very clean and trendy. Location is more residential area but close to casinos. They also have a casino in the hotel. Gym and pool is nice. Very helpful staff
