Too much cra to bear for a good location
Very bad experience! Not at all value for money. Unclean rooms and premises and very uninspiring breakfast too. Bed bugs rampant. The owner was very reluctant to accept this and clean our room.

Horrified experience
worst hotel seen in my life. Bed is full of bedbugs, Room is stinking with DDT smell. No help available when called. of course TV not working. Hotel is full of dirt. No higine anywhere. considering thease horrible things vacated hotel one day before. Request MMTrip to remove this hotel from thier listing and refund money

Poor Stay
very bad experience, TV was not working, slow food service, complementary breakfast had only one food dish and it was bad. not going back again.

Price is not at all justified.. just chargeing for location
I feel they are only charging for the view... but in my case we can't get good view because of the extended tree branches all over in the room balcony which blocking the view. The restaurant and Hotel is under construction, too much noise of construction, toilet and room is not clean. in breakfast they have very few options. The food quality and taste is Not that great. overall not all justified for the price they are charging... in this price you will get better options on kaas road.

Provision for electric kettle
Stay was comfortable, food was also good. It will be better to have electric kettle in the room, as people like to drink warm water after getting out of bed. Also it helps for preparing & having bed tea before the breakfast

Not good for family.
It was so so. They have changed my room as I have complained on make my trip. charging too much high

familyThe location is good. The views are very good. But you cannot enjoy the viewes from the balcony (which is of good size) because of monkeys. Rooms are poor compare to the price they charge per night. The photos showed are old. The furniture of the rooms are starting to break. Bathroom shown in the website was good but in reality it was bad. Food is decent. Staff are cordial but the service is poor. Nobody came for luggage during checkin and check out. We had to carry our own luggage. We had booked for two days so we had decent quantity of luggage. The tv was not working and it got resolved the next day. The intercom was provided the next day i had requested for a cake and some decoration as it was my wife's birthday. The did that very well.

soloLocation is excellent but the property is dilapidated and needs major renovation. Taps dripping continuously, cracks on walls.

Pleasure of “niwant” is in real sense.
Very good ambience, location. One can see nice views of satara city in day and night time. It’s really niwant means peaceful. Food quality is very good. Sevices rendered by staff are fine. Enjoyed very good stay at niwant.

Quaint little space on the verge of the kaas road l
familyStayed here overnight for experiencing the hill side morning fresh air on the new years eve. Rooms are average and so is the ambience. Very local. Food was good. Probably why there were more people showing up to eat than to stay. Be aware the monkeys. We left the room early morning for a walk and returned only to find two boxes of cashews missing. Were told by reception it must be the monkeys although we were pretty sure no doors or windows were left open.

Very unclean, totally nonprofessional housekeeping
Way too expensive for the room and amenities rowdy people woke us up at 2. 30 am at night with wild banging on door. In general a terrible experience.
