this is very bed experience. AC was not working, room size too small as compare to charges. total discomfort.

they dint allow to check in it's issue in mwc hotel they asking marriage certificate were to go at that time

I booked a Executive room which was described as a 450sqft lavish room. And when I check in, I am put in a less than 100sqft room- coz that's what the exec category is. Hotel clarified that they have a premium category room which is larger/bigger. and premium room is mentioned as 250sqft So I paid for a pigeon hole room terrible experience

It was business trip and i have to carry luggage by hand through stairs. No lift available.

Had a terrible and frustrating experience on a special day for my family. Disappointed with makemytrip booking for the first time. 1. Room was full of smoking smell as i entered 2. Wi-fi was not working 3. Tv was not working 4. Room was full of mosquitoes and didn’t have a peaceful sleep all night 5. Wash basin tap was of third class quality 6. Had to ask for towels and water bottle 7. Did not provide the toothpaste and toothbrush 8. Ac was making so much sound, didn’t keep the room cool and added to already disturbing sleep 9. No one is bothered to take food order as restaurant people were busy in taking care of birthday party within the facility. Don’t suggest this place to anyone and really don’t understand how this property rated as 4 star equivalent

mwc club by spree is in good location, good ambience, but maintenance , especially bathroom water facility is bit low... where water pressure is low to have good shower.. still more maintenance for rooms are needed for the rate they charge. but mmt has given me a good discount of 50℅ which is unexpected and great...

Staff are rude, resturant is bad, sometimes electricity goes away. A dog came to my room door and these people charges are so high. Terrible experience

Property is old. All fittings in room was in bad condition. Tv set top box not working. Breakfast option was limited.

Reception staff is not good after checkout i have asked for my accomodation bills but they said they sent all accommodation bills over email but till date i have not received any email from them after taking many followup over phone. Rest of the things is good

The front office people are unaware of room charge. We went as three people. They told us the charge would be bucks, but wanted the booking to be made. We did it. Then they made us pay 1000 bucks extra for the third person. We were made to wait an hour. And the staffs in front office had no knowledge and kept saying contradicting their own words. We ended up paying 1000 extra for the 3rd person after the confirmed us we don't have to. Room was horrible. There were frogs inside the restroom. They didn't clean the left overs of the previous guest. In chennai, the reception person says he can only speak in Hindi. Should i go learn hindi to stay in this place? will never visit this place again. Pols let your front office people know the hotel tarrif well and not confuse the guest. Horrible stay overall.

They have upgraded me to executive premier room but neither there was any such good quality and service. The bed was so small and even wash room for totally designed for handicap guest. They even don’t both to clean the room or replace the towels.

Good hospitality and atmosphere was good

Cleaning is not proper, there is no options for breakfast and meals, don't book the hotel by seeing the pictures.

2. Coming from first, the door was not able to open up, they needed another assistant to open it. Second - the room was spacious no doubt over that, but it was very dirty. I got a cold after staying there for a night. Third - the tv was not working, informed the front desk not of any good help. Fourth- amneties like tennis were available but there was not tennis bat/ball. When enquired the front desk they informed that personally we need to bring our bat to play. That's not fair at all. Fifth- a/c controls initially i was not able to find it out later i came to know that it was behind the cot, to control it u need to move the bed. Overall a bad experience. Never expected such a stay.

The good part is the location and the views it offers. The bad part is that the full information is not given by the reception. The ugly part is that the lift was not repaired for a long time. I booked two rooms and my uncle's so is physically challenged. It was a nightmare for them to climb stairs as the lift was not working.
