Really mind calming service, really enjoyed my stay and the food for really reasonable and I didn’t even felt a little problem there, even the breakfast was really tasty, and all the varieties were there according to your preference and state, I didn’t felt away from home, and really enjoyed this premium stay.

Excellent Stay
The hotel was next to Rainbow hospital, Hence I booked it. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Henceforth, I would prefer to book hotels in the Bloom franchise, instead of other costly brands.

Great place & fantastic locality
This is a nice cozy place located on the main guindy road. Good place to stay if your workplace is closeby. Also, lots of nice eateries and just 30mins away from Elliots beach. 2 things I did not like - the parking area is really bad. It’s an open place which looks like a backyard which is dirty & muddy and the other thing is food. The complementary buffet breakfast is very nice, however I did not like the rice&chicken bowl that I ordered for lunch which came with bones and was overpriced. The complementary papads were a nice touch though.

Very worst management
I really feel bad experience in this hotel. Customer please avoid this hotel to do pre booking. Personally recommended for all

Excellent place for business stays
Decent sized nice and tidy rooms with modern but moderate decor. Excellent location close to Metro station. Helping front desk staff. Welcoming staff in the restaurant as well. Had dinner at very late hour but were served with interest (portion size seemed to be in lower band). Very quick room service. Overall had good and comfortable experience.

Excellent Stay
One of the few hotels in India where I got a good sleep It was due to cleanliness and perfect room temperature. Additionally breakfast was great !

Comfortable Stay with Great Service

Poor Stay
Rooms are small and not clean Bathroom are untidy and tapes are malfunctioning. Exhaust fan is making lots of noise its attached to the light switch.

average could be good
Room was big and spacious. The floor was wooden and hence Moist. The washroom flush was not working well. food was served with no cutlery. overall average experience.

Good Stay
Bloom Hub is created in a contemporary style, overall stay is good, staff are courteous, breakfast is good. However since the room rate was high that day possibly due to high demand in Chennai the option was not value for money. Felt like a normal apartment room turned into a Hotel room with average interiors, washroom etc. If you have stayed at 4 or 5 star (for the rate that was charged) the experience is not at par.
