Didn't like the service and room quality. The location is not mentioned properly, the road is very bad there. The room service is not at all upto the mark.

Morning Kanchenjunga view was breathtaking. Very cordial and polite staff behaviour. Amazing Home style food.

It's not a hotel it's a home stay address mentioned on your portal is there another hotel which is on gandhi road it 5 minutes away from it and there is no road to take your car till the hotel you need to climb up and down to commute it's a terrible experience on day one i visited this place with bags. There is no service at all like a hotel, towel provided post asking and even it was never changed. Room has no heater and as it has is just a home stay type property the entire day you feel cold in the room as lot of small gaps in doors and windows though the bed has a bed heater you spend the entire day in the bed. In the toilet there is exaust fan section it is just a hole no fan. Good thing is a view from room nothing else and food is home made. Even the tour provided by them was overpriced

A beautiful hidden gem located 1. 5km from the mall road. Everyone is very warm and very helpful. Will surely come back again
