too much stairs ,not recommend for old people ,and young also ...this hotel is only for mountain people's.. other wise too good environment and too good behaviour of owner,if you want to live mountain life then you must go to this place.room and washroom were clean and too peacefull

everything was top notch fully satisfied with their behavior and hospitality that they offered They offered food cooked of organically grown vegetables of their farm itself

Joe kaka and his family are adorable. If you are a couple or a friends group, you will enjoy the trip for sure.

A very nice vacation spent with joel's family. He is a great host. The place is nice, the view is nice and joel's takes pain to make it more comfortable for his guests. The location of the property is not suitable for old people because one has to go 100-150 steps downhill to reach the property and it is uncomfortable for people used to living on plains to climb up for every little thing. But once you reach the property it was heaven. The clouds were reaching out to us on our arrivals as if they were happy to see us. You can see the mountains peaks from the property. The tea gardens are nearby and a stroll to the gardens is a good idea. The food offered by joel's wife was good. If you get low cal homely food on a vacation no pizza or burger can beat that. All in all a great stay if you are young and adventurous. I would ask families with old people to avoid this property.

Had an amazing experience staying at joe's farm. Been located at the lower part of lebong being surrounded by mother nature. But some things needed to be checked before considering the property. The routes before reaching the property is very much stiff. Young couple or members can easily reach the property considering the path as a trekking site, but elder members consider twice before selecting. As steps and routes are not at all welcoming. Members and owner of the property are very much well mannered, caring. U can get an amazing homely atmosphere here. The two great germane shepherds are an added treat to the stay as they will greet you and make your mind more refreshing. Positive point to the dog lovers. ! foods are decent enough ( a bit costly, as there is no geyser available, u have to heat the water for bathing which is chargeable. (rs 50/ bucket. We stayed on the kanchi cottage. Everything was good at this price point. But the downside are their washroom. No window was available which was a big downside according to us. You will definitely feel an eerie atmosphere here. Anyways staying was good (only for young members, elder members think twice before considering. A perfect destination for a weather change!

The owner is very friendly and supportive. The property is located at a very good location. It has kanchanjangha view and has all the basic needs you will need. It feels like home. Beware of the dogs though. Also the way to reach the property is a bit confusing. You will get used to it very soon.

All members are so nice. Farm house is very clean and touchy of nature. All services provided. We spent 3 day there was awesome experience.
