Review Of Modern Hotel & Restaurant

The room was not cleaned by the support staff till 5 days of staying. Asking imideat food bill payment when food service in the room is really embarrassing me. Arguing nature from reception staff.

Very good property, cleanness very good, over all staff behave r very good, food quality too testy.

A wonderful hotel at a low price

A good safe place for an overnight stay when on a road trip. The restaurant serves good food. The staff are helpful. Served us breakfast by 6:00 am as we had to leave early.

The hotel is present in soro which is 20 km from balasorebut shown this is located in balasore.

Awesome service. Nice staff, cleanness and room was spacious. The amenities available in room were 3 star category. Food was testy and affordable. Overall it was a nice stay.

Good for everything

The location of the hotel is perfect for a drive-in. It's on a busy national highway and the surroundings is beautiful - one side is the eastern ghats and the other side gas ecr railway track with lush greenery all around. However, the hotel rooms require better maintenance. The amenities are all there, but lacks regular cleaning and usage. Bedsheets and towels are often stained, washroom facilities are broken at places. The complementary breakfast is terrible - they give you either bread omelette or parathas with curd and tea/coffee - no other options at all, while other stuff is available on payment basis. Because we were on a road trip, we didn't mind anything and simply enjoyed the surroundings, but this place can definitely do better!

They are showing the hotel is located at balasore but this hotel is 38 km away from balasore. Because of which i could not go to this hotel and i had to book another hotel in balasore. Because of which i have lost my money unnecessarily and this is a act of fooling people. False

Pros- location is right on the highway, exterior is of quality hotel. Cons- damp smelly room, food quality is just average. Although booking in mm t showed complimentary breakfast for all, actually it is just rs 150 & balance has to be paid. Overall, if u don’t have kids & looking for just a night stay, this may be a ok place.

It is a great experience to stay here. The behaviour of the staff is very polite. I'm amazed to see the quick service of the kitchen staff. Food quality and quantity both are beyond expectation. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is a new one. It is clean in all respect and the restaurant is excellent.

There is no difference in standard and premium room. Basic facilities like tea bags, water bottles are not available. Rooms are not well cleaned. Balcony is not cleaned. Stags are not aware what is the diff in standard and premium room. Then why one should pay the extra bug? worst one

Room was comfortable, well light, secured, food quality is good

It was a wonderful stay with extremely courteous staff, good food and excellent amenities. The restaurant had wonderful varieties of food, was very neat and well maintained, with all necessary facilities.

Food was awsome, room and hotel ambiance is outstanding, staff are so much professional and excellent job they ar doing for helping the guest. One of the best hotel in my experience, yes it is little bit far from balesar station, it will be good if you came from sore station. My whole experience was fantastic.
