Excellent. Beautiful breakfast. nice behaviour. superb clean . all aspects are awesome. Near Balasore station. No problems faced with early morning checking.

hotel has not updated his bed mattress and basic amenities as per today's requirement on MMT it's showing king size bed but it was twin bed. mattress are too hard to sleep resulted in body pain in morning

Horrible stay, deluxe room provided instead of Suite, running water had bad smell.

Hotel accomodation was good but ac was making lot of noise.Towels were old and they should be replaced

Hotel service people are good but the infrastructure is pathetic. I was given a room whose A.C was not functioning properly. Need to call a person from house keeping to repair at Night. The shower was absolutely not working. In the early morning they do some tank repairing for which from 8.30 to 9 the water was full of iron creating a difficult situation while taking shower

Well managed hotel, rooms are neat and clean, staff is well behaved. Location is excellent for travel-ling anywhere in balasore. Even a tier 1 customer would not be dissatisfied with the amenities available.

Hotel is not up to the mark as per price. We can stay much better hotel on this price

The rooms are clean and good sized. The service is very welcoming. The food is ok, but, the kindness, friendliness and positive attitude overcomes the shortcomings. It is not a high end hotel of course, but, does more than justice to the target visitor.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location which is at the heart of city and close to station rest everything is poor starting from food quality, taste, washroom quality, room amenities and most importantly staff behavior.

There was lot of noises during the night. In spite of informing the staff, no steps were taken. Couldn't sleep after a tiresome long day. As for the room it was smelly and unhygienic. Water from the washroom was coming in the bedroom and making it wet. Water in the tap was not coming properly. Overall a very bad stay

The hotel is situated in a convenient but peaceful area of the city with good communication facilities. The staffs and the management is helpful and supportive.

Though we have stayed earlier also, this time the cleanliness, service and breakfast was great, it was beyond my expectations
