I should say that staff was very helpful. But: the hotel was not prepared to handle guests. Bedsheets we’re not clean. Towels were not clean. Toiletries were not provided upfront. Only one person serves the entire hotel. No nothing else

the bedsheets are not cleaned, toiletries are not provided, even clean drinking water is also not provided.... The hotel is charging Rs100 per person for breakfast and Rs250 per person for lunch/dinner but providing 30 rupees breakfast and 80 rupees veg thali..... Generally, the complementary breakfast and lunch are provided better than what guests paying for such services but here in this hotel it's a complete loot... They not even giving equals to what they're charging from the customer..... Overall experience is poor to pathetic
