Location was excellent hotel is exactly on the main highway all facilities were nearby like medicine store local street food and all even the communication was really good, hotel was having it’s own restaurant aswell. Room service was also good, check in and check out process was seemless, the family room which we took was really good and interiors of the room was superb also as mentioned all amenities were given. Really enjoyed the stay

I booked a room for 6 november before 7 days and in check-in time they told me your booked room is not available in same price valid so you have to paid another 800 rupees then provide for you a delox room .

The rooms are not so good. Ac was not working for 1 day. After that it started working. The basin area was not cleaned properly. Not a good renovated house. But overall the staff behaviour is good.

Actually the guest mr kiran pattanaik stayed with us only for 2 days i. E. From 07/10/20 to 09/10/20 but he is claimimg us to give bill from 01/10/20 to till 09/10/20 it means extra 7 days. So we could-not give him. Also the guest never give room keys to us for cleaning purposes so how could we go inside for sanitisation. As far as my knowlede is concern we are properly maintaining about sanitisation.
