Terrible Stay

Find the property through is very tough and google doesn’t work correct here. Resort room is very clean but food is below average and damn too costly for a simple meal.

Worthless hotel, they took 25k from us and did not give welcome drinks, dinner, snacks, breakfast and lunch and we had to pay for our food and that too was disgusting and we ended up falling sick. The room was like a train station latrine it was so dirty with bugs all over and despite complaining multiple times they did not fix anything. Absolutely third class service from the hotel and MMT who have not fixed this matter . The hotel is advertised incorrectly as the rooms are way worse than the pictures. And worst of all is the owner and the manager who refuse to take any accountability and whenever we ask anything they say its not included in the package. We are gathering all evidences and reporting this fraud hotel to the authorities.

The property location has lots of disadvantages.Amenities are such that you cannot call them amenities.AC is available but only the device ,frequent power cuts at this remote location only gives you generator powered light and fan only.Coming to service if you are lone boarder at the location then you will have to book snacks before hand as they won't give you and that to what they feel like giving you regardless of your choice,dinner and lunch are of out of options too maybe due to the availability at the location,but cooked food is tasty to be true.Lastly the aspect that I think was most negative and disheartening to me was that the property manager assured me that I would get refund for cancellation of last night stay from the agent(MakeMyTrip) and they have no problem in that but when the agent contacted the property owner they refused to approve the refund.please take note that meal prices are non-reasonable

Property is assessable only through hired or personal vehicle from nearby railway stations. Location is isolated n having a sence of calmness. Food quality is average along with good amenities n services. No shop or restaurant outside n visitor have to eat only in staying locations

it was a wonderful experience as a solo traveller , staffs are very polite and friendly and well mannered, and the place is well maintained, also you can enjoy the view of the ocean / beach from a walkable distance.

familyIt was a wonderful stay with my pets. The ambience,food,service everything was top notch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Behaviour of every staff was amazing and so cooperative. I would recommend everyone. And will be visiting soon again
