Experience was average. The room was very small and had no windows. Also the AC remote was not working ( we upgraded to AC room on reaching) . The room lacked maintenance. Only the location is the plus point( near to beach). Food ( lunch)also was very average.

we booked 2 rooms and stayed there for 3 nights. The owner and his son took good care of us. They provided a 6 seater cab for travelling to devkund, blue lake, nilgiri, panchalingeswar etc. with affordable prices. The food was also very nice. Overall a very nice experience.

A. Bad points - 1. Booked 2+1(10 Years) room, they are provided only 2 persons bed(108 room). and say please adjust. 2 TV not working 3. No towels soap and etc 4.AC problem after 1 PM 3. Dining room in 4th floor (Mandatory) and there is no lift. 4. I have included breakfast, so they provided only 4 pics Bred per person (butter toast/ egg toast). 5. Number of staffs are limited so late serviced Good Points- 1. Location is near sea /Panthanibas( OTDC) . 2 After AC problem they shifted on next day evening. 3. Staffs are trying to provide good services. 4. Hot water facility

Very nice stay very close to the beach side. Staffs multilingual and nice. Breakfast quite good and ac working as well as warm water. Nice colorful buildings and owner keeps beautiful birds, two cats, other animals. Overall a very nice place reasonably prised.
