Rooms were not good. Toilets were smelling. Forced to upgrade the room after paying extra amounts. No reciept was provided for the extra amount paid.

Stayed in two adjacent AC rooms at the first floor. 5 of us including our kid. 2 old, 2 adults, 1 kid. Very close to the sea (200 mtrs). Clean spacious rooms. Basic amenities. Excellent service. Honest, dedicated staff. Cheap but good and healthy food. A couple of issues: bathroom needs a bit of improvements (e.g. exhaust, smoother taps etc).

Room is good . food , amenities & service are also good as per rate of room.

The hotel.was very near to sea beach. Manager as well staffs are well behaved. Even we changed the extend the stay as our train was late. But the rooms which were showed in the website weren't standard. So we have to changed by paying some extra amount. So plz make sure before booking. Otherwise food and rooms are ok.

3rd class food We have stayed at this hoter muitipie times and the high quality of service and attention to detall remains. The statts is amazing the rooms have been confortabie and mmaculide In past years we have stayed at The Four Seasons when we've been in Phia Now we woulan't oream of staying anywnere other than Hoter Monaco The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion is the quality of thetood in the restaurant. This seems to be an issue at quite a few Kimptons that operate the restaurant rather then have it run but an outside entity. (aithough we had roon service tvice and it was excetent

Dirty room. Broken, damp and almost colourless wall and poor toilet. Food was not good. Poor management and behaviour including parking space management. Requesting mm t for evaluating review before publishing such a room at your app and before labeling it "mmt assured. Trust you understand the feedback to keep your assurance reputation intact.

I had searched this hotel on google and whatever room was shown to me, i did not get the same room, and there were many problems in the room like light is not proper, bed is not proper, room is not clean and many such. Faced a problem

Condition of the hotel is very poor. First a bad room was provided. After making complaint, they provide another room. Room is not up to the mark. The rate is not as per the standerd of the hotel. Disappointed.

Misleading images. The property at the lowest price is not possible to sleep in. Toilet was broken and unhygienic. Food at canteen was somewhat acceptable. But i have a feeling that other properties along this beach are equally poor. It's a non touristy place

Check-in hotel was so smooth, room was spacious and clean only the checkout time was so early otherwise the hotel is in good environment with beautiful garden vibe

This room is very dirty & they demand overcharge and gst for water bottles and food, food quality also very very bed and too small quantity and over prices, please don’t book in this hotel
