everything was good in terms of location , amenities and service. food is just ok

Inspite of great location and decent food, they lack basic cleanliness. My room was not done properly, I had to make them change bedsheets and wipe floor

The rooms are quite small but reasonably clean. The restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves good food. The staff are cooperative and helpful. However, there is room for improvement in the overall hospitality.

It was a family trip and the stay was very comfortable. Food was good and served as desired. Staff is also very cooperative.

The stay was really nice, and the food provided was of top quality. The property itself has a good cleanliness and a serene view. The services provided are also very nice.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall cleanliness needs improvement and in particular the bathroom.

Hotel didn't provide me gst bill at the time of check out as it is booked through third party ( hotel cloud.

1- the room was too small when they mentioned it as a deluxe. 2- the bathroom is stinking. 3- tv was not working 4- they need to hire trained staff to manage costumer. All the staffs were talking very unprofessional which they don't fit for hospitality sector.

Too small rooms, hygiene issue, food quality ok

Hotel is very old model, mainly rooms are very small and washroom taps are not working properly.

Food quality bad. When i given the keys to clean the room but after returning i stand 20mins outside then room was cleaned.

Room was not so clean. Lots of hairs in bathroom and shower does not work in super deluxe room. But food is good.

Location of the property is near railway station also on highway. Bus service is also available from outside hotel only. Food is very good. Rooms could be more clean but its clean. Service is good.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. No proper bill was provided for laundry services. When asked for the bill, they claimed there is only a grin copy of the laundry services which can be provided.
