The location of the property was good. We had delicious snacks and dinner though the quantity wise price was high. Room facilities were poor. Basic amenities like a kettle, hot water were not available some of the family members came without having a bath which they needed to improve it. Overall the stay was at the property average and facilities not as per 4 star category hotel. My rating for the property is 2.

It was too cold and the provided heater was not enough to make the room comfortable, which is also on a chargeable basis. The hot facilities were not up to the mark. Otherwise, the staff was courteous, the food was good. The room heater should be complementary according to the weather.

I hear from my friend Resort is very location is very good but service very poor they complimentary buffet break fast but there are nothing buffet service only two or three items in breakfast in room service room charges high but there are dental kit, no slipper nothing in there only news channel activate in tv if I give star like one star.

Location is good, you can play TT, Basketball in the resort. Food quality is not good just average, Service is good but they take huge amount of time to serve. Friendly environment & Safe place for your vacations. ATM, Medical facilities around 5km away from the resort.
