Support staff is very friendly. Its away from the main traffic so you will have the peace of mind. Open lawn seating is good.

The place is just full of positive energy and makes you feel comfortable as if you are at home the staff is always ready to support and take care of all the requirements

I stayed there for two days and the experience was wonderful, great food with great service. Mr. Surender, ramesh, was helpful and attentive.

Bad not good for family it is not in rishikesh

Fans, pillow cover were dirty. No wifi. The hotel can be better if they look at small small things and rectify it. Was seriously not value for money.

Worst experience no water, no attendant, unhygienic bed, bed sheet, towel, toilet, insects, TV without cable connection. No remote of TV, set top box, phone not working. Toilet exhaust fan unserviceable. Even no one was there to attend your complaint till 8 in the morning. There was no water since 5:00 hours. We have to wait till 8:00 hours for freshen up. We have to hold our pressure. When called from mobile to resort numbers. They simply giving other number. Instead of solving our problem. When called other number that men told us the servant room number to wake attendant. We had to do that, but still no one was there. We were roaming in search of someone who can solve our basic need i.e water for morning routine. Reception room was locked. Till 8:30 no one was there. My worst experience could be yours. So big no for this type of hotel.
