Review Of Maple inn resort

There is no any service provided, no towel, Shampo and soap given in the room.. Soap provided after too many time tell to room service boy..We have booking 3 days but duet land sliding we may not be able to reach at first night,we explain all this situation but they are not agree to refund 1st night refund while we have book 3 night but we stay 2 night.. do not book this hotel for stay find another hotel for stay..

Wonderful service received like a family. I have a medical emergency at night and the owner personally provided everything that was needed at that moment. Service and behaviour of all personnel here are too polite and above.

The stay was pleasant. The facility provided was as shown Rooms were clean, linen, blanket, bedcvover all clean and fresh. Ambiance was comfortable and staff courteous. Owner mujib bhai is friendly and a perfect gentleman. The facility provided with free wi-fi is full value for the money. Location is in proximity to lalchowk, dal, botanical garden, chasm e shahi all within 2-3 kms. Extremely satisfied as a budget travrller.

My experience was horrible. I had booked my room in advance, but when i arrived at the hotel at 6 pm, the manager claimed that i had booked it at a very low fare, despite i booked it In fact, no other travel site was offering a fare higher than this. I was then made to wait for around half an hour while they prepared the room, even though i had arrived late. The room was unbearably hot, with a fan that was insufficient. To make matters worse, the tv wasn't working, and the location was just average. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room and washroom dirty and different from the images shown in the app. Actually, hotel manger gave us the another room and our booked room was given to anyone else.

Muzeeb was friendly and good, our amarnath journey pleasant, once in life time people should visit, kashmir wonderful place,
