Hotel doesn't have any ambience. Reception approaches terrible. We are booked paid even-though they are asking security deposit

Stayed in deluxe room (one with 2 bedrooms) with family. The rooms and toilets were clean. The staff are very polite and good. The location of the hotel is excellent. Most of places and cafes are just within 1 to 2 km radius.

The rooms are too good but we are going on 4 people and we book 4 people staying rooms, but we get one king size bed and one single bed there, they are giving three bed sheets only, towels provided three only, they also treat three people staying rooms, but we are booked 2bd rooms, living room and kitchen, have u plan for cooking pls forgot this room, because we got one kettle and one flask only, the vessels and induction stove not provided by them and tv is not working, please ask the welcome kit because they are not provide so definitely you need ask the welcome kit, the service are too good, the staff are so humble, nice environment and person's
