There was no wash basin in the rooms. The bathroom walls were all glass, offering no privacy. No room service and no cleaning, even after requesting it twice. No tea kettle, not even a cup provided. No bedside tables — we had to keep our phones and water bottles on the floor. The Wi-Fi was terrible; though we were told it was 5G, it barely worked. Both rooms had a bad smell throughout. At night, the staff themselves were talking loudly and using phones till 1 AM, disturbing sleep. To make things worse, there was even a lizard in one of the rooms. The experience was so bad that we had to check out a day earlier than planned. For the price charged, this was a complete disappointment. Not worth the money — would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

The water bottle was refilled rather than giving a new bottle every day. No hangers in the bathroom.

The stay is decent, staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in the prime location near to good restaurants, shopping streets and 1km way to beach road

Location is excellent just half a kilometre distance from the beach. You will find a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby
