Property was not cleaned properly during check in and the smell was not good in the elevator apart from that the service was subpar at best

very unhygienic place... and we you are going only girls trip then it's not a good option bcoz we felt really uncomfortable there.

The stay was very terrible, when i was at the recepfion they said the rooms are filled although i was booked, the room maintanence was too worst , tgere is no proper reciveing

only if you are going just to sleep a night then choose this place, otherwise don't, room and bathroom were not clean and looked really dirty, especially bathroom, and in room there is water leakage from the AC, only the bed is okay, and they just gave some wood work to cover the ugly walls

Location is prime, but the room wasn't clean enough to what being shown in images at the time of booking. Washroom was really not clean. Also mosquitoes were there. The towel provided was not clean enough to use. Overall hygiene was the main concern. Seeing the price range and area i would say its an average for staying.

Rooms are not all good, we stayed on 106 and its worse and one side wash room water leaking and on top floor water drops are falling down in your washroom. Also room smeel was very bad

Room service is not up to the mark, unhygienic mattress in rooms, room quality is bad and bad smell. Staff was willing to support but owner was not helping, fans not worked owner told electrican is coming but never came for 3 days, ac was not up the mark

Good place near rock beach. Located in heritage town, you can explore many places nearby. All are in walkable distance.

Rooms were not clean, bathroom no mirror, lights hanging in bathroom open wires very risky, no towels after demanding we got one, we have booked triple room for 4 adults and 2 children beds shown in photographs were big but in actual it were sufficient for only 4 people. You can find many more good hotels in same location, not happy and satisfied with the quality and price.

Pathetic rooms and service room are not what’s shown. Bathroom was small and not clear. No extra tower was provided despite asked multiple times. Overall the hotel is not something you would prefer to stay

Like i've seen before i got reviews on google it's not what i saw on google. Best place in a heritage town. Simple and hygienic. In the center of the city where you can access all restaurants and tourist spots. Keep up the good work murk inn

I recently stayed and i regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel it's important to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions. Cleanliness (1/5: the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon entering the room, i noticed that it was not adequately cleaned. There were cockroaches crawling everywhere, which was not only unsightly but also highly unsanitary. It was an immediate turn-off and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance (2/5: maintenance issues were rampant throughout the room. The light switch was malfunctioning, leaving me in the dark for a while until i could get it to work. Additionally, the door lock was in such poor condition that i had concerns about the security of my belongings. This is a serious issue that should not be overlooked by any hotel. Overall experience (1/5: overall, my stay was marred by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the room. It's disappointing to pay for accommodation and not receive a basic level of hygiene and comfort. I found it difficult to relax in such an environment. I would strongly recommend that the hotel management address these issues immediately to ensure a more pleasant experience for their guests. Cleanliness and room maintenance should be a top priority for any establishment. I hope my feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements in the future. As for future travelers, i would advise caution when considering a stay at murk inn until these issues are rectified.
