We have booked for 4 days & during the stay it was normal. Property is old and simple no fancy or modern amenities.If you need a fancy place then it’s not for you. It’s under budget simple stay very average basic hotel. Location is very good and all market, restaurant, beach are very near. Staff is supportive. The major challenge was the breakfast they have tie up with a adjacent hotel you can get the breakfast there but the problem is they have the exact same menu for all 7 days as it’s a mini tiffin from the hotel which includes with your stay. If you can have the same items daily then only choose with breakfast option while booking hotel. There are many options nearby for eating so as per me it’s not necessary to book your stay with breakfast.

Rude staff ruined my stay.
Checked in Late (only at 9pm) AC wasn’t cooling enough till 10.30pm reported that to the hotel staff , the hotel management kept arguing that it will take time to cool the room, after 3 hours of struggle they finally changed the room at 12.30am. There was very old (20 years old ) Samsung LCD TV on which I could only watch only on Tamil News channel and nothing else. Hotel staff was extremely rude and kept insisting that every thing was fine with the room, as if I had never used a TV and the AC in my entire life. Only positive about the hotel is its location and nothing else.

Average Stay
Overall Experience was average.. Especially not having in house arrangements of kitchen not even tea or coffee was the biggest pain.. Rooms are also too small and loaded with lots of unnecessary furniture.. Lighting inside room is also not enough.. Wheras the staff is polite and helping.. Thanks

Excellent Stay
The hotel room was excellent—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the view was stunning. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Poor Stay
The hotel is very different from the one shown in photos. Washrooms are pathetic. When we asked to get the washroom flush repaired the staff told that it cannot be done and blamed us that we did not inform on time. The bedsheets were dirty and there was no fridge in the room. The security guard was drunk in the afternoon when we checked-in. The only positive was the location.

Location is good, room size is enough for couple, hospitality is good, friendly staff rooms to be maintained clearly, door locks to be repaired otherwise all are good

Minimum response, maximum fee, no compliment food, no compliment items like toothpaste, brush, soap. Not cleaning the room daily, not changing the bath towel also

Lighting is not good in the room, hot water also didn't came other than that i am ok with everything. Good value for money and hotel is closer to the beach and all good food joints

Bad experience
Room was not clean and with bad odor. Room service was not accesible. Room service from restaurants were not proper, just packed and sent in parcel-no plates, cutlery

1. Room is not clean. When i 1st time entered the room. I saw cockroach in bathroom. And doesn't have fridge. 2. Hotel location is beside road. Whole day noise and loud. 3. Quality of building is too dirty.

familyStaff was good, good behaviour. Room is big bed, all things was good but could be better, like bathroom was no clean. Curtains was not clean no white light is there only small small light. So it could be better. Overall average.

Good Stay
Good stay at hotel. Family suite room was neat and staff were kind and courteous. The place is located very close to rock beach and market place which is added plus. Recommend this place.
