Location was good ! This has some sort of private beach ! Food quality can be enhanced ! Tried spa (shirodhara) , it may be me but could not feel great about this

l visited resort on 28 june . Room is spacious with all necessary facilities including hot waterswimming is large and conveniently placed food is also nice . lot of leisure sitting space around beach,of course if you want to enjoy beach don't visit in monsoon they don't allow to beach. The journey fm bangalore to bekal i exciting with lot of ghat roads

The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff used to respond to tye request spontaneously.Communicating with the facility memebers was bit a challenge and restaurant closes bit early at 10 ..But overall a very good place and recommend for family and friends

Everything was fine, but not the dinner experience. My wife is a vegetarian and they served just daal. On asking they said some party is going on and they can’t provide more than that. That’s just horrible.

Very good location and property is very nice to explore. Room is quite tidy and spacious. I personally feel it’s over pricey because I didn’t feel the luxury for the price I paid. And regarding food very very limited choice and staffs are less as well. Overall good but the price could have been less for the experience they provide.

Ocean view room was booked but initial allotment was with no clear view. Reallocated to one more room but not cleaned completely. We felt this is one of the mess due to change in room. Food and service was really great ! Enjoyed Kerala style food ! Spent most of our time at Beach!!!!!

Wonderful stay!!! Property is right at the Beach with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is kept clean and it's not deep so it's ideal for kids. The rooms are well maintained with a sky view bathroom. The property has a lot of greenery and it's so calm. The people are super friendly I must say. Thanks to Kishor the HR who has been very helpful. Chef Vinod I miss your meen curry and rice so Yummm, F&B supervisor Sijo thanks for recommendations for food and also sharing your expereinces, Bindu Mam at the spa with her vast knowledge of the ayurveda , security at the beach ever smiling , Auto driver Subair uncle the list goes on because they are so so friendly. Please add fans at the reception for guests and the prices at the resto was a lil pricey.

Excellent resort with direct access to the beach. Food was tasty and buffet had a good spread. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. swimming pool was good. car parking was available. property was easily accessible on google maps.

Reception and front office management was very poor. The room was good. But the toilet was terrible. There was no bucket and mug in the bathroom. When we asked for that there was no response for that. Toilet and washbasin was leaking and emanating a bad smell from it. Restaurant room service was not worthy. The night vibe at the restaurant side with violin and guitar was so amazing. Beach was well maintained.

Great place to stay with direct access to a beautiful and clean beach. The beach is literally 20 metres from the rooms. Cordial staff and good rooms. Totally worth the money spent.

so we checked in only for a day and worst experience..they have listed their deluxe room with king size bed however it's a small bed which can accommodate only an adult and a kid. we had a very bad experience the telephone isn't working, food not great, buffet breakfast and limited options cannot get anything from ala carte .

Stay was really good. Staffs are polite. Beach is accessible. Clean beach. Food was good but less options.

Had an excellent family vacation. Very good property, right on the beach. The beach was a calm beach without any treacherous dips, very less crowd. Very good private access to the beach. Staff was very friendly and attended to all our requests. But the icing on the cake was the food. Being vegetarians who don't like too much of spice We were very apprehensive. But chef Vinod and his team went out of the way to give us a variety of dishes exactly the way we wanted it ( quite different from what they are used to preparing)

none of the washrooms had hot water. even after multiple complaints. we took this room which is the most premium and expensive because it has jacuzzi and I have medical condition to not use cold water pool. apparently even the jacuzzi was not set up on time on the both days and it had cold water. so money wasted. also the service is very slow. the food is extremely average (not good). I am worried how the rest of the booking goes.

The stay was disappointing and overpriced. We paid for a "sea view," but it wasn’t an ocean view. Despite confirming early check-in and special requests with the manager, we waited 3 hours for our room. The room was smaller than expected, and room service was slow. I requested birthday arrangements for my friend, but they suggested to go and arrange it myself 8km away to buy and come. Everything we asked for had an extra charge, and the food options were limited. The spa was overpriced and ineffective, and the lack of lighting outside led to my friend spraining her ankle. Privacy was also an issue with people staring at us from outside the balcony.
