By seeing ratings we booked this resort with a lot of expectations. But once we entered then they not allotted proper rooms we booked both rooms the same, but they were given one room with a separate bathroom(not attached. Another small room. And it is surprising that at the hill station they are not providing hot water. We suffered a lot as kids were also with us. And there is no proper food at the resort only a few items available. Always we had it outside. There is no proper services. This is the worst stay i ever had.

coupleIt was a great experience for both of us. We stayed there for 4 nights during christmas time in a bamboo cottage with a lake view. The room size is a bit small but the amenities were decent and the balcony view was great. The swimming pool was also well positioned with trees surrounding it. The hotel staff was also very cooperative and we got prompt services. The hotel management arranged a gala dinner, live music and bonfire as well. The only low light of our stay was the food which was decent but not great. We had limited options for breakfast and the paid dinner buffet also had limited options and definitely not worth the high price we were charged for. Overall i would definitely rate it as a 4. 5/ 5 and would recommend tourists coming to wayanad to spend a few days in this resort.

Nice Lake view resort with affordable cost if you book early.. Dinner was awesome with Kerala style food.. they will play Band music before the dinner.. Room was neat and clean.. This resort is accessible with own vehicle 🚗

Overall it was a good experience. Service is very good. The staff is very friendly. The main drawback is the food. I personally don't like kerala style food. They don't know how to prepare other cuisine.
