EKA Resort Hallibyle Village

The resort was pleasant but left room for improvement in a few areas. Food: the vegetarian food was quite good, while the non-vegetarian options were average and could use a bit more flavor and variety. Activities: the selection of activities was limited, with indoor games that seemed poorly maintained. The swimming pool, too, needed better upkeep to make it more enjoyable. Rooms: the rooms were spacious and very clean, which we appreciated. However, adding smart tvs in each room would be a nice touch, allowing guests to watch their preferred movies or shows and enjoy quality downtime. Staff coordination: we noticed some lack of coordination among the staff, which affected the experience slightly. For instance, the campfire wasn’t up to expectations and could have been organized better. Communication of facilities: clearer information about available facilities, like wi-fi, would be helpful. We didn’t realize wi-fi was an option until after our stay, as it wasn’t mentioned. Overall: while there were enjoyable aspects, the resort overall felt a bit average. With a few improvements in these areas, it could offer a much better experience for guests.

No proper current facility, every 20 to 30 minutes power goes off, food was good and rooms were good

It was good place to a relaxing break thank you. Food was ok not that good, amenities were good enough.

Resort is average. Not so wow. The feel good factor is missing. All credibility goes to the person who has posted resort photos, photo looks good. But in reality its average. Rooms and amenities needs repair and care.

consistent frequent power cuts, no housekeeping

The resort is pretty though a little disheveled. The place is on the road from sakleshpur that goes to subramanya. We went there on the 4th of jean 24 and were the only guests there for the night. The room was okay and had a working geyser, tv with channels, ac and an electric kettle. The resort is adjacent to a coffee plantation which was pleasant to walk in. We tried some bird watching with mixed results. The kitchen was okay with food prepared on demand. The staff was courteous, but don't expect well trained people.

stay was excellent and good property located in a good greenery place master chef Mr prepares delicious food which will run the edge to the pleasant stay

Stay was bad. Rooms were not very clean food was ok. Overall experiance was not upto the mark

This was not quite the right season. No guests. Food was satisfactory but other services were not.

Very costly and not worth. It is very different what you see in the picture uploaded by the hotel owner. Staff are not professional. When i visited the hotel same person took document same person took my lugage even not explain the facilities provided by hotel. The hotel has no wifi in the room, they even not clean the after one day stay. Food quality is ok type. Swimming pool water is dirty and not maintained. Bathrooms door are not proper and cannot be closed. Rooms are very untidy. You can get much better room in sakleshpura at this cost. Very bad experience with this resort

Worst ever! cant even express!

They had given uncleaned room, wash room was pathetic. 1lts water bottel they have charged 35rs. For lunch buffet was hardly rice rasam, chatpati, dal annd 2 type of chick inen for this they have charged 595rs. Breakfast also very average and they have not provided fruits or fruit juice for breakfast. They are not bother of customer service. Nobody is there to ask what is our requirements. Swimming pool tails was broken while swimming my daughter got hurt in leg and she was bleeding when i have informed to the reception they said just ok. They didn't even asked how it is happen. So careless. I will never recommend this resort to my friends i have completely wasted my amount 16k for 2 nights. I tried calling mmk but calls were not connecting

1. Friendly staff. 2. Spacious, tidy and neat rooms. 3. Food was awesome which you have to be try yourself and experience, 5/5 on taste/Quantity/ 4. Overall 5/5 from my side.
