The rooms and bathrooms are spacious.The room was clean. They staff are polite.Located on the national highway. There is veg restaurants next to the hotel where good food is available

The premises is neat and clean. Staff are courteous and service oriented. Well behaved. Location is good as it's on the highway. Food is available from the adjacent restaurant.

its not worth for even 100 rupees, rooms are very dirty , toilets are also dirty , i ll never book room again

Business needs more customers for revenue go spend on property development and deploy even better service

the hotel was neat and clean. the staff were very polite and professional. they had arranged transport for us for local sight seeing. overall a pleasant experience. food was awesome 👍😎😊

Ancient hotel that’s not managed at all. Pathetic and stinking. Gone in bad hands of ‘them’ despite being in a prime location. Never ever stay there.

Good for a stay overnight, lacks electric kettle, no phone at room to call reception, each time need to walk down to reception to make request over something.

The hotel rooms are well cleaned and good looking rooms. We got very large room especially bathroom was very large and well maintained. We can use hot water also. The location is very good

Durga international is not worth the price. The linen was dirty and the passage/ surrounding of the room was not clean.

Bed are not comfortable cleaness is good totally average good

The hotel was massively understaffed. We tried checking in at 2pm but noone was available and after calling the hotel number and asked various staff members we were finally given a room after 1 hour. Even in their restaurant majority of the menu items were not available including basic items like dosa or cold coffee.

Hotel has worst of its infra possible. Let me explain - to begin with generally lift doesn’t work - travellers needs to carry their luggage on their own to the top floors. Rooms are very basic and smelly - blankets are too old and smelly. The pillows have the dirt spots. Do not eat at this place - food is really really bad. One thing no one should miss is that - people who stay in different rooms can hear each other. Yes. I know it sounds weird - but rooms are really really bad.

Unman-aged hotel with third class service. Hotel and it's restaurant having less than required staff which make our experience terrible. We reached 2 hours late on our check-in time even though rooms were not available, and they took one more hour to clean and accept the check-in. No proper response when we asked for the reason. We reached here after 4-5 hours of journey thinking to fresh up and then do the lunch but with late check in made us frustrated as we have kids with us. Unwillingly we went to the restaurant thinking to finish our lunch atleast as everyone was very much hungry but the in house restaurant experience even more terrible. With limited staff we struggle to put our orders, we ourselves following to their staff just to take our order and the they served food after 45 minutes. How pathetic experience i am unable to explain here the feeling. At last after one hour we all got our rooms, but again the rooms and corridor are smells very unpleasant even though they applied room freshner. All washed bedsheets were put on the corridor railings, unwashed bedsheets were kept in the corridor corner, people had smoke inside the rooms keeping the smell intact very long time, cats the corridor usually and hotel unable to clean immediately keeping it there for longs time. All this makes the room very unpleasant place. Not a single hotel staff is responsive, this hotel does not fall to be categorised under star rating. When our cab driver know we booked this hotel to stay his reply was like we could have booked some homestay instead as he knows the hotel very well and the experience people has staying here. We are very much upset listening this and feeling waste our hard earned money on this trip accomodation. It's all lack of proper management. I advise the owner of this hotel and his staff to do hotel management course to provide atleast good service to customers or close the hotel forever. Not recommended for anyone.

The property is at a prime location. The view from the room is awesome. Since highway construction is going on, the entry to the hotel is full muddy. The food is good
